Many California Jeep Wrangler Consumers are likely already aware of a recent recall of model-year 2022-23 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4xe PHEVs. The recall is related to a battery pack assembly that was potentially built with incorrect fasteners. According to a report in Green Car Reports, automaker Fiat Chrysler (now known as Stellantis) estimates about 35% of the recalled vehicles, with production dates of January 13, 2022, through May 18, 2022, were built with the defect. This is likely a major concern for Jeep Wrangler Consumers afflicted by this problem.

As we covered in our prior post on the relevance of recalls in Lemon Law claims, recalls can be an indication that an underlying issue exists with the vehicle and the manufacturer has knowledge of that defect.  Under the California Lemon Law, if the manufacturer cannot repair your vehicle under warranty after repeated attempts, you may be entitled to compensation.

At MMO Law, A.P.C. we have substantial experience litigating and negotiating lemon law claims throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, San Bernardino County, Bakersfield and Kern County, Palm Springs and many other counties throughout California.  Call today at (310) 933-4493 for a free consultation with a California Lemon Law Lawyer regarding your potential Lemon Law claim.
